At Fuel Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pair of shoes isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
